At UC Irvine, an Anteater’s journey is powered by the strength of community. The Office of Parent and Family Engagement partners with you, the families who anchor and inspire our students, to fuel that success. By connecting you to the university in meaningful ways, we ensure your perspective and support will shape the future for every student on campus.

This Giving Day, we are rallying behind the UC Irvine Parents Fund, a high-impact resource that drives programs designed to enhance, sustain and create new pathways for student success. The fund allows us to remain nimble and responsive, meeting students where they are and addressing both urgent needs and long-term opportunities. 

In 2025 alone, the UC Irvine Parents Fund provided over $62,000 in critical resources across campus. Students experiencing temporary hardship were able to access emergency assistance and stay focused on their studies. Peer mentorship initiatives expanded, helping students build confidence, connection and a sense of belonging. Outreach efforts strengthened support for student veterans and increased mentorship and skill-building opportunities for underrepresented students in STEM. Educational pathways also broadened for incarcerated students working toward academic achievement and renewed futures.

Every contribution represents more than financial support. It is reassurance during moments of uncertainty. It is access to opportunity when barriers arise. It is a powerful reminder that the Anteater family stands together.
