This Giving Day, join us in advancing health, safety, and performance for our student athletes at UC Irvine Athletics.
Recovery is not a luxury in high-performance sport it is a competitive necessity. Our current hydrotherapy equipment has served us for many decades, but it no longer reflects the level of excellence we expect from our Anteaters. To continue providing elite-level care, we are raising funds to upgrade our hydrotherapy room with state of the art HydroWorx recovery tubs.
Why This Matters
Hydrotherapy plays a critical role in:
- Reducing muscle soreness and inflammation
- Enhancing circulation and recovery between training sessions
- Supporting injury rehabilitation
- Promoting overall student-athlete wellness
Temperature-regulated HydroWorx recovery tubs provide precise control, improved sanitation systems, and safer access for student-athletes. This upgrade will significantly enhance our ability to deliver consistent, evidence-based recovery strategies across all 18 sports.
