Philanthropic support is vital to the success of our department. We invite you to join us in supporting UCI Health and the Department of Dermatology today.

The Department of Dermatology is a leader in the treatment and investigation of skin disease fueled by medical excellence and discovery.

It is our mission to provide outstanding care in general and sub-specialty dermatology, surgical dermatology and dermatopathology and optimal training for our medical students, residents and fellows who will be the next generation of care providers. Our faculty and trainees deliver breakthrough therapies and conduct vital research to optimize outcomes for every patient - from routine care to the most challenging cases.

We cover dermatologic emergencies 24 hours a day at UCI Health’s multiple sites, including emergency rooms and our UCI Health Regional Burn Unit, and provide care to underinsured and uninsured patients, addressing a significant healthcare gap in Orange County.

Now, you can shape the future of dermatology by helping to provide critical funding for the mission of the Department of Dermatology. Gifts to Dermatology will be used to support department initiatives including:

  • Clinical Innovation Incubator: Your gift connects brilliant basic scientists with frontline dermatology clinicians to solve unsolved clinical needs—funding the crucial first steps of discovery that lead to revolutionary skin care solutions.
