The Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Program at UCI Health is a regional leader in treating Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis and other complex gastrointestinal conditions. As part of Orange County’s only academic medical center, our team combines advanced treatments, a wide range of expertise and compassionate, personalized support to help patients manage symptoms and live well. By using the latest research and innovations, UCI Health is helping people with IBD improve their quality of life every day.

Here are a few examples of the impact your gift can make: 

  • $25 provides educational and comfort items like Ollie the Ostomy Bears for patients managing ostomies, helping them feel supported and empowered.
  • $100 supplies essential tools and resources that make managing symptoms and recovery at home easier.
  • $500 supports nutritional counseling to help patients and families make informed choices, manage symptoms and stay healthy.
  • $1,000 helps the program use advanced intestinal ultrasound technology and provides training for providers so patients get the best, most personalized care.


Every gift, no matter the size, makes a real difference to patients, their families and the dedicated team of doctors, nurses and specialists who make up the IBD Program at UCI Health.
